- Gain a comprehensive and working knowledge of ISO 22000
- Being able to prepare, conduct and report FSMS audits
- Understanding and auditing the risks associated with processes in the food chain
- Practical guidance on auditing re-requisite programmes (PRP's), hazard analysis processes, HACCP lans and controls and visualisation and verification
- Understanding and being able to audit compliance with national and international food safety legal requirements
- Understanding food processes from farm to fork via product design &
- development
Pre-course requirements
Attendees should have the following prior to attending a course:
- Knowledge of PRP's and HACCP
- Working experience of at least one aspect of the food chain
- Knowledge of the legal requirements that apply to their food chain experience
