Our consultancy can range from advising on food facilities and operations through to management system certification or ISO 22000 self-declaration.
- IRCA certified ISO 22000 FSMS and ISO 9001 QMS lead auditor training. This training can be held in-house at very competitive rates or your staff could attend our public courses (click on 'Public training courses').
- Internal auditing services to periodically assess how efficient and effective your food safety processes and compliance and customer systems are. We could either support your auditors or be your internal auditors. Our auditors are certified and have the ability to audit against all management system standards.
- Supplier audits to assess that your suppliers (new or ongoing) will consistently meet your requirements and that they will continue to comply with regulatory requirements. This is a crucial aspect of supplier management in the food chain.
- Provide advice and support in your relationship with EU food & drinks enforcement agencies. This can extend to primary and home authority relationships or just one-off dealings with these agencies.
