- Management system consultancy, training and auditing. We can help you implement a cost effective and user friendly system or help to improve your current processes. We can advise on care management issues through to ensuring safe catering methods, high levels of hygiene and user friendly HACCP.
- The right level of management system documentation so that you and your staff will have the tools needed to ensure management and care/nursing tasks are properly undertaken and at the right time.
- CIEH & HABC certified hygiene, HACCP and health & safety training*. This training will ensure management and staff are fully aware of legal requirements and the practicalities of ensuring food safety and health & safety in a care or nursing environment.
- Auditing services. We can either train your staff in how to undertake effective internal audits or we can undertake internal audits on your behalf. The purpose would be to ensure any potential improvements are identified and acted upon.
- Client & customer surveys. It is crucial for the care and nursing homes to listen to their clients, representatives and the 'purse string holders'. We would agree the basis of any survey and either advise on how it could be conducted or actually conduct it on your behalf. When concluded we would provide a report with recommendations.
