With consultancy support throughout the process from Integra Training & Consultancy the UK based Trading Standards Institute (TSI) has gained certification to ISO 9001:2008 for all of its services.

We provided the consultancy services for TSI to review and develop their processes, and implement the required system documentation.

The staff excelled at developing process maps to reflect their team's key activities and that the right processes delivered the right services.

Overall the process was intended to ensure TSI got it right in relation to its UK services and in relation to its increasing international market.

BSI conducted the certification assessment and the certificate was awarded to TSI at its annual conference in Bournemouth, UK in June 2011.
